Butterfly Tea

The Butterfly Tea contains one ingredient, a flower called Butterfly Pea.  A deeply mesmorising Blue, earthy tea once brewed.  Like the Butterfly transforms from the cocoon, this tea transforms into a Purple Tea when you add a new pH such as Lemon.  Equally delicious hot and cold.  Add honey/sugar for a sweeter tea.

This tea is the tea of Transformation. 
 
Once a Caterpillar then in a Coccon, the Butterfly has gone through quite a transformation.  I am sure she wasn't always sure of why, what, how or when it was all going to happen but once she is flying high, I bet she is grateful she did.
